Holiday Giveaway: A Thank-You for Leader Assistants

Entries close Monday, November 23 | Winner selected on or about Tuesday, December 1

About the Giveaway:

Leader assistants plan the holiday parties, the year-end dinners, and next year’s leadership offsite, and they keep their executives focused while handling everything else. At Offsite, we work with assistants every day and see how much of a company’s planning runs through them.

This holiday season, we’re partnering with The Leader Assistant Podcast to give one assistant a $200 Visa gift card as a thank-you. It’s a digital card sent by email, and you can use it almost anywhere Visa is accepted, for holiday shopping, a nice dinner, or anything else you’d like. Entering takes about a minute.

How It Works:

  • Fill out the short form on this page by Monday, November 23 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
  • One entry per person.
  • We’ll pick one winner on or about Tuesday, December 1 and reach out by email.

Good luck, and happy holidays from the Offsite team.

About the Prize:

One winner will receive a $200 Visa gift card. It’s a digital card, sent by email after the winner is confirmed, and it can be used almost anywhere Visa is accepted, in stores or online.

The prize is yours to use however you like. It isn’t tied to your company or to any purchase from Offsite. Use it for holiday shopping, a nice dinner, or something you’ve been putting off buying for yourself.

If you win and your company has rules about accepting gifts, just let us know and we’ll work with you!
See the Official Rules for details.

Planning an offsite for 2027?

Let's get yours together.

Offsite helps assistants and their teams plan offsites, from leadership retreats to company-wide gatherings. A dedicated planner handles the venue, vendors, and every detail in between. Our team can also be onsite during the event, so you can be present with your group instead of running everything.

New to Offsite? Book a call by November 30 and get 10% off your first offsite with us.

Offer is for new customers who book a call by November 30, 2026 and sign by December 31, 2026. Applies to Offsite’s planning fee only and does not cover venue, travel, or vendor costs. Can’t be combined with other offers. This offer is separate from the Holiday Giveaway.
