Offsite Experiences Inc. Event Planning Contest
- Sponsor: Offsite Experiences Inc., 800 Third Avenue, Suite A #1480, New York, NY 10022.
- Eligibility: Open to companies legally registered and actively operating in the fifty (50) United States or D.C. Entry must be submitted by an authorized company representative age 18 or older who has authority to bind the company. Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, current clients, and immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible. Limit one (1) entry per company.
- Entry Period: October 16, 2025 (10:00 AM ET) – October 31, 2025 (11:59 PM ET).
- How to Apply: Complete the official entry form at resources.offsite.com/contest with accurate company and event information. Limit one (1) entry per company. No purchase necessary.
- Prize: One (1) Grand Prize of up to 100 Concierge Plan Credits for Offsite event-planning services (approximate retail value $25,000). Credits apply only to planning service fees for one eligible company offsite event. If planning fees exceed $25,000, the winner may purchase additional services at Offsite’s standard rates. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be used within twelve (12) months after execution of Offsite’s Master Services Agreement.
- Winner Selection: Entries will be judged by Offsite Experiences Inc. based on clarity and thoughtfulness, alignment with Offsite’s event-planning objectives, feasibility, and completeness (equal weight). One winner will be selected no later than November 5, 2025 and notified by email; response required within five (5) business days.
- Publicity: Winner agrees that Offsite Experiences Inc. may use the company name, logo, and non-confidential event details, photos, videos, and testimonial for marketing purposes.
- Other Terms: Subject to Official Rules and Delaware law; arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware. Void where prohibited.
